Dr Songju KIM
Senior Researcher at Korea Institute of Aviation Safety and Technology (KIAST)
Dr Songju Kim is a program manager of UTM development and demonstration research in Korea, namely ‘K-UTM’, a consortium which involves 20+ companies, institutes and agencies. She received her BSc degree from Korea Aviation University, her master and doctoral degree from University of California, Berkeley. Before she joined KIAST in 2017 for K-UTM research, she was the technical and legislative researcher in aviation, railway, automotive and transport filed of National Assembly Research Service, Republic of Korea. |

Professor Chin-E LIN Professor at Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) Professor Lin was born in Chang Hua, Taiwan. He received BSEE and MSEE from Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University, Tainan, Taiwan. He received Doctor of Engineering from Department of Electrical Engineering, Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas, USA. Dr. Lin was a professor in Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics, National Cheng Kung University until February 2018, then he retired and starts Distinguished Professorship at Chang Jung Christian University. His research interests are UAV/UAS, UTM, avionics system, UAV flight control, wireless data surveillance system and sustainable energy system. |

Professor Hao LIU Professor at Beihang University, Acting Chair - JARUS, Chair - ICAO Asia Pacific UAS Task Force Professor LIU Hao graduated from the leading legal education University of China, namely, China University of Political Science and Law with a PhD degree on international law. He works as Deputy Director of the National Research Center of ATM Law and Standard of China, which is the national think tank founded by the State Air Traffic Control Commission of China (SATCCC), the top decision-making coordinating body between the State Council and Central Military Commission. Professor LIU Hao is the founding Director of Institute of Aviation Law and Stand, which is conducting aviation legislation, standard making, teaching and research work in the Beihang University (BUAA). To promote and facilitate the new emerging technology and aerospace operation, such as Pilotless Aircraft/UAS/RPAS, sub-orbital flight and very high-level operation (near space operation), Professor LIU Hao works actively as the Acting Chair of the JARUS (Joint Authorities for Rulemaking on Unmanned Systems), Chair of the ICAO Asia Pacific UASTask Force, Chair of the Legal sub-Group of ICAO/UNOOSA Space Learning Group. Besides the work on emerging new operation, Professor LIU Hao is also involved in the air and space legislation and policymaking in China. He is the member of the Drafting Committees of National Aviation Act, Regulation on Airspace, Regulation on UAS, Regulation on Promotion of Civil Aviation Industry, Regulation on Satellite Navigation System, etc.

Dr Yinian MAO
Senior Director of Technology at Meituan-Dianping
Dr Mao Yinian is trying to expand the horizon of autonomous UAV delivery. Before Meituan-Dianping, he was founder and CEO of Airlango
Technology. The mission of the company was to bring advanced perception and
intelligence to consumer drones. He led a team to bring a full-featured,
palm-sized smart drone to small-scale production. Before founding Airlango, he
was Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm Research, where
his work covered transport layer optimization (Snapdragon Transport
Accelerator), adaptive streaming: (MPEG DASH), chipset and system security, and
location and contextual aware computing.

Mr Kyung-ryoon OH
Principal Researcher at Korea
Aerospace Research Institute (KARI)
Mr Oh Kyung-ryoon joined the Korea Aerospace Research Institute in 2002 and worked as an expert in the field of
C.N.S. by participating in the development of an airport precision take-off and
landing system (GBAS), developing a DGPS receiver for marine use, and
conducting Korea's first ADS-B flight test. From 2008 to 2012, he was
dispatched to the Korea Defense Acquisition Program Administration to develop
localized parts for the Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH) development project and
to establish a ground/flight test plan. Since 2013, he has been supporting
government departments to develop policies to revitalize the Korean unmanned
aerial vehicle industry. He has participated in planning and main projects for
the Korean UTM development project. He has participated as an executive
secretary of the Operations and Traffic Management Committee of the
government's UAM roadmap development project since the second half of 2019. He
has been working in the department for carrying out the UAM task exclusively
since May 2020.

Dr John C. H. WANG
Assistant Programme Director at Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI)
Dr. John Wang is the Assistant Programme Director for the UAS Programme at the Air Traffic Management Research Institute in Nanyang Technological University. He has been involved in research topics including near-ground wake-vortex dissipation at airports, UAS collision risk in aerodrome, and UAS wake-vortex encounter and stability modeling to support separation requirements.

Mr Genhuai XIE
Professor at the Second Research Institute of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAACSRI) Mr Genhuai Xie is the Master, professor, deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary of commission for discipline inspection of the Second Research Institute of CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China). He engages in air traffic management and ideological work of party affairs. He edited many books related to civil aviation, and published papers indexed by EI.

Mr Edward XU Chief Strategy Officer at EHang Mr. Edward Xu serves as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of EHang, joined the company in July, 2019. Before joining EHang, Mr. Xu served as Head of Asia (ex-Japan) Transportation Research at Morgan Stanley Asia Limited (“Morgan Stanley”). During his 15-year career as an equity research analyst at Morgan Stanley, he covered China’s aerospace and transportation industries extensively, including airlines, logistics, airports, and railways, among others. He had participated in several major IPO projects led by Morgan Stanley, such as ZTO Express (Cayman) Inc, Kerry Logistics Network Limited, AirAsia Group BHD, BTS Rail Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund, and BOC Aviation Limited. He has been ranked consistently among the Top 3 All-Asia Transportation Analyst by Institutional Investor magazine for the past few years and was well recognized among both the investment community and the logistics industry. Mr. Xu is a CFA charter holder and obtained an MBA degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Dr Jianping ZHANGDeputy Director of the ATM Engineering Operations at the Second Research Institute of Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAACSRI)
Dr Jianping Zhangisa member of ICAO RPAS Panel, expert of ISO UAS Sub-Technical Committee (ISO/TC 20/SC 16), and expert of IEEE Framework for Structuring Low Altitude Airspace for UAV Operations (P1939.1). He is also the Deputy Director of the Air Traffic Management Engineering Technology Institute, the Second Research Institute of CAAC (Civil Aviation Administration of China). He engages in air traffic management (ATM) and unmanned aircraft systems traffic management (UTM), published related high-level papers including some indexed by SCI and EI, and obtained 16 invention patents. Several research results applied in ATM and UTM of China.

Professor Yifei ZHAO
Professor at Civil Aviation University of China (CAUC)
Professor Yifei Zhao is a doctoral supervisor and serves as the Dean of the school of Air Traffic Management, Civil Aviation University of China. He was selected as the young and middle-aged science and technology innovation leading talents of the Ministry of Science and Technology, etc. He presides over more than 20 projects including the National key Research and development program and published more than 60 papers in high-level journals and academic conferences.
