Note during Submission:
- Please upload your abstract in both MS Word (.docx or .doc) and PDF (.pdf) formats.
- File name of your abstract must be FPSDD 2020 Abstract - Corresponding Author's Name.
- Preferred mode of presentation will be subjected to the Symposium Organising Chair's review.
- This abstract submission does not constitute a symposium registration. You would need to register for the symposium separately under 'Registration' in the menu above.

Audio Visual Support:

A projector, presenter's computer (with Windows OS), microphone and clicker / laser pointer will be provided in each meeting room.

Speakers are strongly encouraged to
use MS Powerpoint or PDF for their presentations. Other presentation packages may not be compatible with the presenter's computer provided.
- Speakers who use Keynote Application for their presentations are encouraged to bring their own Macbooks (please provide personal VGA / HDMI adapters), but they are strongly advised to test the compatibility of their Macbooks with the AV system before sessions start to avoid any time delays.
- 230 volts AC electrical supply and Type G electrical plugs (Three Squared-Pins Plug) are used in Singapore. VGA and HDMI video outputs are used in all meeting rooms. Please bring the right electrical adapters / transformers should speakers use their personal laptops for presentations.

It is preferred that speakers who are not Macbook users to use the presenter's computer provided. Speakers' slides will be pre-loaded by the Secretariat before each session to avoid any delays due to transition or technical issues.
- Speakers' slides will be deleted from the Presenter's computer, as well as its Recycle Bin, by the Secretariat after each session.
Presentation Format:
- Slides produced by Microsoft Powerpoint, with 'Widescreen' slide size (16:9) preferred.
Before Presentation:
- Speakers are strongly recommended to be in the meeting room at least 15 minutes before their assigned session starts to:
- Run through their presentation slides in the presenter's computer or ensure compatability of personal equipment with connections provided;
- Communicate and align with session chair, if necessary.
During Presentation:
Time board will be displayed prominently to cue speakers on the last 5 minutes and last 1 minute of their presentations; as well as when the time is up.

Poster Format:
All posters have to
be printed in A1 size, Portrait Orientation.

* Posters that remain on poster boards after 1345hrs will be discarded by the Secretariat without prior notice.
Before Presentation:
- A serial number will be assigned for each accepted poster and notified to correspondending authors prior to the symposium.
- All presenters are to set up their posters on the board assigned. Each board will be indicated with the poster's serial number.
- Limited pieces of velcro tapes will be provided for presenters upon request.
During Presentation:
Presenters are to arrive at least 10 minutes before poster sessions to prepare for their presentations.
Three best posters will be selected and awarded the Best Poster Awards
during the Poster Award Presentation Ceremony on 6 February 2020.
