Registration Fees

  • All payments must be made in Singapore Dollars. 
  • All registrations are considered confirmed only when accompanying payments are received.
  • Registration fees are:
     - inclusive of symposium lunch and tea breaks; 1 conference dinner and prevailing goods & services tax imposed by local government;
     - not inclusive of accommodation and excursion.

​Register & Make Payment

Step 1:   Click "Register Now" below
Step 2:   Fill up and submit registration form when you are directed to Eventbrite's website
               (Registration fees are indicated as zero on Eventbrite. Please ignore that and make payment below)
Step 3:   For students, email a copy of student matriculation card to for verification
Step 4:   Make payment by clicking "Registration Payment" below
Step 5:   Select the event which you are paying for:
Step 6:    Screen shot the payment acknowledgement page for future reference
Please note that registration has to be made separately from abstract submission when acceptance notification is received.

Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy

  1. ​A 70% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before 10 January 2020.
  2. An additional administrative and bank transfer fee of SGD 80 will be imposed for each refund.​
  3. ​Cancellations are to be made via email to the Secretariat at before the above deadline.
  4. There will be no refund for cancellation / withdrawal received after 10 January 2020.
  5. There will be no refund for no show. Absentees would not receive conference materials from the Secretariat.

By registering for this event, it is implied that you hereby consent to the collection, use and disclosure (when necessary) of your personal data by the event organizer for the purposes of processing, administering and managing your registration; as well as publicity for this event.

Photography & Videography

Professional photography and videography will take place during the event. By taking part in this event, you are consenting that these images / videos (except for videos featuring speakers' presentations) can be publicised by the event organizer on any publicity channel including but not limited to websites, social media and publications.
