Cancellation / Withdrawal Policy


  1. ​A 70% refund will be made for cancellations received on or before 15 December 2019.
  2. An additional administrative and bank transfer fee of SGD 80 will be imposed for each refund.​
  3. ​Cancellations are to be made via email to the secretariat at iassyn@ntu.edu.sg​ before the above deadline.
  4. There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal received after 15 December 2019.
  5. There will be no refund for no show. The organizers will also not be mailing out conference materials to such individuals.

Photography will be taken by the organizer during the event. By taking part in this event, you are consenting that these images can be used by the event organizer for publicity usage including but not limited to website, media and publications purposes. Please note that taking pictures and videos of the presentations shown on screen is strictly forbidden at the event.
