Ticket collection details

Details of race bib and t-shirt collection are as follows:

  1. You are required to collect your run bib and event t-shirt prior to the event day on the dates listed below.

    Collection @ NTU, Nanyang Audi Foyer (​50 Nanyang Avenue, Nanyang Auditorium, Nanyang Technological University)
    14 & 15 August
    4:00pm to 7:00pm


    Collection @ the Padang, Multi-Purpose Court (Nearest MRT - City Hall)
    14 August
    6:00pm to 9:00pm

    How to get there?

    If you are coming via MRT:

    a. Alight at City Hall, take exit A towards Raffles City and turn right at Starbucks/Macdonalds

    b Walk towards a road junction where the front of Singapore Recreational Club (SRC) will be opposite of you.


    Walk on the pavement along St. Andrews Road to the back of SRC and you will be able to find a small path (see picture A) that leads to the Multi-Purpose Court (see picture B).

    If you are driving:

    You may park your car at the Singapore Recreational Club basement carpark or the Esplanade carpark before walking a short distance over to the Multi-Purpose Court.

  2. For self-collection, bring along your NRIC/Passport.
    If you are under 18 years old, you need to bring along a signed copy of the indemnity form (click here to download) to be able to collect you Run Bib and Run T-Shirt.

  3. If you are unable to collect your run bib and event t-shirt during the collection dates, you may authorise a representative to collect them on your behalf. All authorised representatives are required to produce the following documentation upon collection:

    a. A completed "Letter of Authorisation" (click here to download)

    b. Copy of your confirmation email

    c. Copy of your NRIC/FIN/Passport

    d. Copy of your signed indemnity form (if applicable to you)

    e. His/Her original NRIC/FIN/Passport

  4. Goodie bags and finishers’ souvenirs will only be available for collection AFTER your run at the Padang. You simply need your bib to collect them.

  5. Finally, make sure you are well-hydrated and well-rested for the run.
