  1. Citizens of 80% of the world's countries (including ASEAN, Japan, South Korea, EU, USA, Australia, Norway, Switzerland) may travel to Singapore for 30 or 90 days without a visa, depending on their nationalities.

  2. Visa-free
    Citizens of all countries not included in Assessment Level I and Assessment Level II lists are allowed a maximum stay of 30 days without a visa in Singapore. Holders of the following passports are allowed to stay for 90 days:
    • All European Union citizens
    • Australia
    • New Zealand
    • Norway
    • South Korea
    • Switzerland
    • United States

  3. Countries requiring visas are classified into Levels I and II. Applicants from these countries may apply online through a local Singaporean contact, at a Singaporean diplomatic mission or its authorized visa agents outside Singapore.

  4. To be very sure whether a visa is need, please check the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore website or your travel agencies, airlines or visit Singapore embassies/commission in your countries.

  5. A passport with at least 6-month validity period is needed before you enter Singapore.

  6. If you need a visa letter, please furnish the information below and e-mail to:, with the subject “CCS 2019- Visa Letter” after you have registered and paid the fee for the conference.  
    • Mr/Miss/Mrs/Ms
    • First name (as in passport)
    • Family name (as in passport)
    • Date of birth
    • Place of birth
    • Nationality
    • Passport number
    • Date of issue (passport)
    • Date of expiry (passport)
    • URL of your organisation and your official email address 
    • Mailing and residential address

  7. Note
    • We cannot fulfil the request if the information furnished is incomplete.
    • Visa letters will only be sent to participants who have registered and paid the conference fee.
    • The visa letter will be sent within 4 working days upon receipt of your request with complete information.
    • When use these images on the website, resolution might be high enough.
    • Resolution too low. If possible, name of country should be in line with flag.
