*The above rate is inclusive of 7% GST. Registration fees do not include accommodation and travel. For student registration, student status verification is required either by a letter from the Institution or a scanned copy of the student card.

For paper to be included in the conference proceedings, participants must register with payment made before 15 March 2018.


Terms and Conditions

All registrations must be completed and paid by 15 March 2018. Any late registration may result in non-publication of paper in the proceedings.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the PRO-AM 2018 Conference Secretariat on or before Friday, 30 March 2018. 

​50% of the registration fee, (plus 10% administration charge) will be charged for cancellations received in writing by the Conference Secretariat before Friday, 30 March 2018. Refunds will be made within two months after the PRO-AM 2018 Conference. No refunds will be made for requests received after Friday, 30 March 2018. 

Should you not be able to attend, a substitute delegate from the same organisation is welcome at no extra charge. No substitute delegate will be allowed after Friday, 20 April 2018.
