We cordially invite you to participate in the Nanyang Research Conference on Synthetic Chemistry and Catalysis to be held in the Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, from January 15 to January 17, 2020.
Synthetic chemistry aims at the development of new chemical reactions and catalysis and their applications to preparation of target molecules of unique properties such as biologically active natural products, drugs, polymers, functional materials, etc. Synthetic chemistry and catalysis are strongly tied with physics and biology through design, production, supply, and functionalization of valuable molecules, thus greatly contributing to our human society. The conference will cover all aspects of synthetic chemistry and catalysis and will bring together industrial and academic chemists from all over the world to discuss the state-of-the-arts development in synthetic chemistry and catalysis. The scientific program will comprise plenary lectures by two Nobel laureates, Professor Ryoji Noyori and Professor Ben Feringa, 11 keynote lectures, and invited lectures as well as poster sessions. PhD students, postdocs and young researchers will enjoy the possibility for in-depth discussion with global leaders in the fields.
All international participants will be staying at the Nanyang Executive Centre (NEC) Guesthouse on campus. NEC is located on our beautiful campus next to huge sports arena with olympic sized swimming pool, sports hall, running track and gym etc.
