Autoscope lowers the cost barrier to smart microscopy, making advanced microscope capabilities more accessible. Our low-cost, automated microscope integrates motorised hardware, an imaging pipeline, and an AI-based analysis to achieve features such as autofocus and cell counting.

Autoscope was created with scalability and accessibility in mind, with the goal of improving microscopy efficiency. Our team has engaged with industry experts to explore potential applications in histology, forensic analysis, and life science research, where automation could significantly enhance throughput.

In this presentation, we will cover our design philosophy, prototyping process and the market potential of Autoscope based on the insights from discussions with industry experts.

Data centers are the backbone of everything we do, but in a place like Singapore, they have a massive heat problem. Right now, we waste an incredible amount of electricity just trying to keep servers from melting, especially with the huge power demands of AI.

We’ve developed FCPCM (Flexible Composite Phase Change Materials) to act as a "thermal sponge." Instead of just blasting more air conditioning, our material is built directly into the racks or the building itself to soak up heat spikes passively. By smoothing out those heat peaks, we can cut cooling energy by a quarter and let operators pack more computing power into the same space without breaking the power grid. It’s a simple fix for one of the biggest bottlenecks in the digital world.

Our team will be presenting in the healthcare technology and smart hospital industry, with a focus on improving patient safety and clinical workflow efficiency through automation. We are developing DripGuard, a smart IV drip monitoring system designed to address common issues in hospitals such as unnoticed IV depletion, air embolism risks, and the heavy manual burden placed on nurses.

DripGuard uses real-time sensors, embedded systems, and wireless connectivity to continuously track IV fluid levels and alert nurses before critical events occur. By reducing the need for manual IV checks, the system allows healthcare staff to focus more on direct patient care while minimizing medication errors and treatment interruptions.

Our solution aligns with Singapore’s push toward Healthcare 5.0 and smart hospital adoption, targeting a high-frequency, high-risk clinical task with a low-cost, scalable, and integration-ready device suitable for hospitals, clinics, and future home-care settings.

We are a sports tech startup that focuses on smart wearable devices. We have developed a 'Smart Gumshield' device that monitors vital biometrics of athletes such as: breathing, impact/ concussion/ body temperature/ position and movement. We offer real time data tracking and use the biometrics to develop algorithms for exertion, fatigue, concussion, etc. to not only detect player injury but also predict and prevent potential immediate injury in real time.

We aim to increase the safety of athletes by offering this device to professional players and leagues such as Premiership rugby, NFL, NBA as well as the medical and defence sectors.

We are also making this technology available to consumers to allow parents, students, amateurs, semi-pro etc. sports players access to vital biometric data and to provide an opportunity for all users to be safer whilst playing contact sports.
