    Philip has over 30 years of experience as a lawyer, specializing in technology transactions for the last 25 years. He has worked extensively with universities, government, and companies, offering expertise in innovation policy, IP management, and technology commercialization. Now, he focuses on policy advisory and training in technology transactions.

    As an Adjunct Professor at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Philip lectures on IP management in the QUT-WIPO Masters program. Since 2002, he has conducted 44 international missions for the World Intellectual Property Organization and served for six years on the Australian Government’s Advisory Council on Intellectual Property.

    Throughout his career, Philip has advised universities, startups, and corporations on global IP transactions, strategic alliances, and venture funding, with clients across Australia, the U.S., and Asia. He is passionate about driving innovation and IP management from both policy and practical perspectives.
