By submitting this form, I allow NTU, NBS and NBS Affiliates to:

(i) photograph and/or record in audio and/or video form, your presentation or presence at the event;
(ii) use your photos for the production of event materials;
(iii) use your name, likeness, audio or video recording to publicise the Student Life Engagement and
(iv) to broadcast, distribute and make available your presentation (in full or in part) in any media.
