Instructor: Chef Patrick Pang
Chef Patrick is a seasoned pastry professional specialising in cakes, breads, and pastries, with over 15 years of leadership experience in the hotel industry. He works closely with the RedMan brand, regularly conducting demonstrations and professional training in Cambodia and the Philippines. Beyond his industry work, Chef Patrick has dedicated more than 20 years to mentoring aspiring bakers at Phoon Huat, generously sharing his expertise and passion for baking, and inspiring both home bakers and professionals alike.
Good to Know
- All equipment, ingredients, tools, and aprons will be provided. Feel free to bring a pen for note-taking!
- Participants will work in groups of 4-5, and the class will be conducted in English.
- The baking studio is not Halal-certified, but no pork or lard is used, and all ingredients are Halal-certified.
