This session contains the following content:

  • The Coffee Cherry - Learn about the fruit and how it has the potential to develop complex sweetness and flavours.
  • Coffee Producing Regions - Understand how factors like terroir and processing methods play an important role in influence coffee flavours.
  • Roast Profiles - Understanding how different roast levels affects the flavour and aroma.
  • Tasting Sessions - Participate in three guided tasting sessions designed to help learners distinguish
    and appreciate the flavour differences between various coffees.
