Call for posters

We are pleased to invite you to submit a poster abstract for the upcoming EMPOWER Science Festival Scientific Workshop on AI Empowering Child Development: “Learning to Play”, to be held on Friday, 22 August 2025 at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, NTU Novena Campus (Clinical Sciences Building, Level 4 Auditorium).

This one-day workshop will bring together leading local and international experts to explore how artificial intelligence can deepen our understanding of children’s cognitive development and the critical role of play. In addition to keynote lectures and panel discussions, a central feature of the day will be poster presentations during the lunchtime and coffee-break sessions.

We invite submissions of 150–300 word abstracts for posters on Early Childhood Development, addressing one or more of the following sub-themes:

Clinical
AI and Computational
Public Health and Policy

Poster presenters will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse audience of researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and industry practitioners. Poster Prizes will be awarded at the close of the workshop.
