All registration payments are generally non-refundable upon successful completion of the transaction. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be provided for participant-initiated withdrawals or changes in personal circumstances. However, refunds will be issued in the event that Nanyang Technological University (NTU) cancels the event provided such cancellation is not due to a Force Majeure event.

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, reschedule, or cancel the event, programme, or service. If NTU cancels the event (and it is not due to a Force Majeure event), a refund of the registration fee will be provided. This refund shall constitute the maximum limit of NTU’s liability. NTU shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, or consequential expense, losses or damages, or any profits, arising from such changes or cancellations.

A "Force Majeure" event refers to any event beyond NTU's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, government-mandated lockdowns, epidemics, pandemics, or disruptions to national utilities, telecommunications, or safety infrastructure.
