The NEST programme provides aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary tools, knowledge and skills to effectively develop new ideas or transform existing solutions into successful businesses. Participants will be equipped with design thinking principles, tools, and techniques to approach problem-solving, followed by customer discovery techniques to uncover customers' needs and pain points.

The Lean Launchpad (LLP) 2.0 is a restructured market validation programme for early-stage technologies. The programme consists of two phases, "Discovery" and "Endeavour." each lasting for six weeks. The revised structure allows for a more tailored experience based on participants' technology readiness levels and development stages. During the "Discovery" phase, teams focus on customer discovery to identify potential beachhead markets. The subsequent "Endeavour" phase is dedicated to teams that have achieved market validation, emphasizing the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), product-market fit, and the complete Business Model Canvas (BMC).
