Since 2017, Nana Yip has been inspiring transformation through fitness, blending passion and expertise to energise both body and mind. Specialising in Piloxing — a dynamic fusion of boxing, Pilates, and dance — she crafts invigorating workouts that help combat digital fatigue and restore balance. With her versatile skills and motivational approach, Nana guides each participant to release tension, build strength, and reconnect deeply with their physical self, turning every session into a powerful journey from feeling overwhelmed to fully present and empowered.
