  • User Testing and Way Forward: Apply Design Thinking principles with a human-centered mindset to conduct research interviews, design, and prototype a solution.

Customer Discovery Bootcamp

  • Understanding Fit Types: Gain a clear understanding of transitioning from Problem-Solution Fit (Design Thinking) to Product-Market Fit (Customer Discovery).
  • Applying the Value Proposition Canvas: Learn how to effectively use the Value Proposition Canvas with real-world examples.
  • Defining Customer Archetypes: Develop skills to define customer archetypes/personas for both B2C and B2B markets using real-world examples as case studies.
  • Developing and Testing Business Ideas: Understand the process of translating value propositions into product features, creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and testing business ideas through various experiments and validation techniques.
  • Using Business Model Canvas: Gain proficiency in using the Business Model Canvas for structuring business ideas, understanding experiment sequences, and making informed decisions based on the outcomes of those experiments.
