• Public Transport - Take bus 179 from Boon Lay Interchange or Pioneer MRT, alight at the 6th bus stop within NTU (bus stop after the overhead bridge, bus stop ID: 27221), walk uphill for 5 mins towards School of Biological Sciences (SBS)
• Car - From PIE, exit at Pioneer Rd North, enter NTU campus and turn left to Nanyang Crescent. Drive along Nanyang Drive, passing Yunan Garden and Research Techno Plaza, turn right to SBS carpark.
• Shuttle Bus - Take from Pioneer MRT station and alight at Administration Building (5th stop), walk towards SBS.

To facilitate your travel during the meeting, complimentary shuttle bus services have been arranged between the hotel and the event venue.

  Boarding 7:45 AM | Departure 8:00 AM (sharp)
• Evening: Event Venue → Hotel
  Boarding 5:00 PM | Departure 5:15 PM (sharp)

Day 2 (8 July)

• Morning: Hotel → Event Venue
  Boarding 8:00 AM | Departure 8:15 AM (sharp)
• Afternoon: Event Venue → Hotel
  Boarding 5:45 PM | Departure 6:00 PM (sharp)

Day 3 (9 July)

• Morning: Hotel → Event Venue
  Boarding 8:00 AM | Departure 8:15 AM (sharp)

Kindly arrive at the designated pick-up point a few minutes before the boarding time. To ensure the schedule is maintained, the shuttle bus will depart promptly at the stated departure time.

Should you miss the shuttle bus, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to or from the event venue at your own expense.
