Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art that blends martial arts, dance, acrobatics, music, and rhythm.
Developed in Brazil, it was disguised as dance and practiced with music at a time when martial arts were forbidden.
In this class, we will practice Capoeira Regional, a style that emphasizes kicks, evasive movements, and acrobatics such as handstands and cartwheels, providing a fun and challenging full-body workout.
No experience is required.
The class is beginner-friendly and open to everyone.
Capoeira is practiced barefoot in comfortable sportswear, and no special equipment is needed—just bring yourself and have fun learning something new!
