Instructions for Camera-Ready Papers

The camera-ready version and the signed copyright form are due by

29 May 2026, 23:59 (anywhere on earth, GMT-12).

This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. Please submit your materials via EasyChair using your proceedings author role for COCOON 2026.

 

Paper Submission
Please upload the following files on EasyChair:

• either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file in the RTF format,
• the PDF version of your camera-ready paper, and
• a signed copyright form

The length of the paper must not exceed 14 pages, including acknowledgements and references. Please follow the Springer LNCS author guidelines when preparing your camera-ready version: https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines.

Proofreading and Correspondence
Each paper should designate one corresponding author. Springer will contact this author to review the final proofs shortly before publication. Prompt responses at that stage will be greatly appreciated.

Copyright Form
The Springer copyright form can be found here (Microsoft Word document). It is sufficient for one author to sign the form. The signed form may be submitted as a PDF or another standard image format.
