General Information

• Early registration deadline: 31 May 2026, 23:59 (Singapore Time, GMT+8)
• Refund deadline: 30 June 2026, 23:59 (Singapore Time, GMT+8)
• On-site registration fee payment will not be available. 

Registration Fees

(Members of China Computing Federation (CCF) are eligible for a 20% discount. Interested participants may apply for CCF membership here.)

• Each accepted paper requires at least one regular registration; registrations cannot be shared across multiple papers.
• For student registration, a proof of student identify must be submitted to cocoon2026ntu@gmail.com.
• Registration fee includes access to all conference sessions, the refreshments and lunches, and a plenary banquet.

Payment

• Registration fee payment is not available on this website. Please proceed to our JotForm pages to make payment via Stripe or PayPal.

• Payments are processed securely through the Stripe or Paypal platforms.
• Stripe is the preferred payment method due to lower transaction fees. Participants in China may have difficulty accessing the Stripe page, in which case PayPal may be used as an alternative.
• For auditing purposes, registration fees will be collected by TheMeetUpSG Pte. Ltd., an event company. This name will appear on the receipts issued through Stripe and PayPal.

Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to cocoon2026ntu@gmail.com.
• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline.
