Join us at the Aviation Innovation Conference for the Asia-Pacific (AICAP 2027), a premier forum for researchers, industry leaders, and policymakers to present and discuss cutting-edge developments shaping the future of aviation in the Asia Pacific.

The first edition of AICAP will be held in Singapore and will bring together the region’s diverse aviation ecosystem to address emerging challenges and opportunities across air traffic management, artificial intelligence, sustainability, and integrated airspace operations. The conference features peer-reviewed technical sessions, industry showcases, and strategic dialogues, providing a unique platform to bridge research and practice while advancing innovation tailored to the Asia-Pacific context.

Themes and Topics

Authors are invited to submit their original research focused on innovative concepts, technologies, and applications in aviation. Contributions addressing emerging challenges and opportunities in the Asia-Pacific context are particularly encouraged. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Submission Guidelines

Papers for the AICAP 2027 can be submitted through the EasyChair.

  • Page Limit: 08 pages, includeing references, appendices, and any other supplementary content.
  • All papers must be submitted in PDF format (up to 6MB) and must adhere to the IEEE double-column format.
