EXHIBITS AND SPONSORS

You and your organization are hereby invited to join the Aviation Innovation Conference for Asia-Pacific (AICAP) as an Expositor. AICAP is a premier forum for researchers, industry leaders, and policy makers to present and discuss cutting-edge developments shaping the future of aviation in Asia-Pacific. The first edition of AICAP will be held at the Nanyang Executive Centre, in Singapore, from the 27^th to the 29^th of January 2027.

The conference will bring together the region’s diverse aviation ecosystem to address emerging challenges and opportunities. Notably, AICAP has already assembled a program committee from the most prestigious universities of Asia-Pacific, and will also be attended by the visionary leaders of the regions, to be featured in keynotes and panel discussions.

As such, if you or your organization are actively contributing to future development of the aviation ecosystem in Asia-Pacific, you are hereby invited to join us for AICAP 2027. Indeed, in addition to the aforementioned research presentations and visionary discussions, we have also designed specific tracks for your organization to actively participate at the conference. Those three tracks are:

Demonstration Track

Your organization holds a physical booth in the conference venue, for the duration of the event. Available booth sizes are 2.12 m by 2.49 m, and 2.12 m by 4.98 m. Material and procurement expenses are to be covered by the organization. Proposals for demonstration booths will be received until 15^th October 2026.

Innovation Track

Your organization showcases a success story of aviation research translated into a market product, in the form of a 3-5 min pre-recorded video presentation (English only). Video submissions will remain open until 30^th November 2026.

Sponsorship Track

Your organization wishes to nurture future generations of talents by sponsorship an 8-week long Research Sprint. This Research Sprint entails working jointly with the AICAP Executive Committee to define a research problem, provide the necessary data, assist in the supervision of the sprint, and selection of the jury. Your organization also expected to sponsor winning candidates’ attendance to the conference, as well as identifying the sprint reward.  Proposals will be received  until 31^st July 2026.
